When the day of scheduled work finally comes, I was astonished to see how his crew worked. They worked like well-oiled machine with efficiency and coordination. More surprisingly, the boss, Tom, is on the site. In today's market, you don't see that often anymore; but Tom stayed through the project. They started the job at 7am and completed by 12pm. plus they had to wait for material delivered after taking off the old roof; and they still managed to get the work done within 5 hours.
